Salon Offers Terms and Conditions

  • Not all prices are available at all times.
  • Exclusions apply to all Penneys salon offers
  • Expiry dates strictly apply
  • Colour and perming prices are only available when you have cutting or styling at regular prices
  • Offers not available in conjunction with any other offer
  • Penneys reserve the right to withdraw an offer or service at any time
  • Penneys reserve the right to withdraw a service increase prices at any time
  • All offers are only available for a limited time
  • Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • No two offers or discounts can be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • Children’s pay your age prices are regarded as an offer and are subject to the same rules
  • All sales including Colour Tuesday offers are regarded as a salon offer and subject to these terms and conditions.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  • You can redeem your Penneys Gift Card any UK Penneys store, or at www.penneysonline.com where the gift card payment option is available at the online checkout.
  • Treat your card like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
  • You can check your Penneys Gift Card balance by phoning 0333 320 9420 or by calling into any Penneys salon.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • A credit/debit card is required for online processing and identification purposes.
  • You must be aged over 18 to use online. Please note that if the value of the item being purchased online exceeds the value of the Penneys Gift Card you must have a valid credit card or debit card.
  • No refunds are available.
  • Damaged, altered or cancelled cards will not be accepted.
  • The card and balance will expire twelve months from last card use. Or if the card has never been used twenty four months from the purchase date.

Time for Me Card Terms and Conditions

  • This card remains the property of Penneys Hair Group Ltd. 3 Warners Mill, Silks Way, Braintree, Essex CM7 3GB who reserve the right to decline, issue or withdraw the card at any time.
  • For use by authorised signatory only.
  • To qualify for minutes, this card must be presented at the till at the time of purchase.
  • This is not a cheque guarantee card, debit card or credit card.
  • Cards and minutes are issued subject to the terms and conditions issued with the card and can be found on www.penneysonline.com
  • Minutes are not redeemable for cash.
  • Penneys cannot replace or reimburse the value of your Time for Me card if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
  • This card is only valid in the Penneys hair salon where it was obtained.
  • Example of the services that can be redeemed for Time for Me card minutes include
  • 15 minutes for an Express Cut
  • 30 minutes for a Blow Dry
  • 45 minutes for a Colour Service

Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

  • This card remains the property of Penneys Hair Group Ltd. 3 Warners Mill, Silks Way, Braintree, Essex CM7 3GB who reserve the right to decline, issue or withdraw the card at any time.
  • For use by authorised signatory only.
  • To qualify for rewards, this card must be presented at the till at the time of purchase.
  • This is not a cheque guarantee card, debit card or credit card.
  • This card must be used before the expiry date.
  • Accumulated discounts cannot be redeemable for cash.
  • Penneys cannot replace or reimburse the value of your TIME FOR ME card if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
  • This card is only valid in the Penneys hair salon where it was obtained.
  • At the end of each visit the total spend on professional services for the visit is added to the card. At the end of 6 visits the card is tallied up and 10% of the accumulative total is given as a discount on the 7th visit within the expiry date
  • Expiry dates need to be equal to or less than 12 months from the date of issue and will not be valid after 12 months from the date of issue.
  • This card is only redeemable on professional hairdressing services in Penneys salons and is not valid against retail purchases either online or in store.
  • Any retail purchases are not counted towards this loyalty scheme and this card cannot be used to discount retail products.
